Cancellation Policy for Breakfast Events: 

Refunds or forebearance of payments for cancellation will not accepted within 5 business days of a registered scheduled event.  An administrative fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellations prior to five business days of the event.  Substitutions are accepted at any time. 

Cancellation Policy for Seminars:

Refunds or forebearance of payments for cancellation will not accepted within 5 business days of a registered scheduled seminar.  An administrative fee of 10% will be charged for all cancellations. Substitutions are accepted at any time.  


Registration by Check Acceptance Policy:

If you would like to register prior to an event and wish to pay by check, we will require a credit card number to hold your registration. The credit card will not be processed if the check be received at the event. However, should you not attend the event, cancel your registration, or forget to bring a check with you to the event, your credit card will be processed immediately after the event. Please review the cancellation policy stated above as the terms and conditions stated will apply to this and all types of registrations.
